third Contract
The terms are a valid and binding agreement within the meaning of the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) between eyes wide shut and the user, for registration or membership. The user must agree to these terms, by clicking on the button "Register" button to register or become a member. The user agrees to the terms of this and all new versions of the same and therefore the contract is concluded.
